Shipping Policy

• Your orders will be processed within “1-5” business days and your cargo tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail. (We recommend that you make sure that you write your e-mail address correctly and check your spam / junk boxes in order to receive your notification e-mails when ordering.

• Our packages delivered to the cargo company will be delivered to you within “1-5” working days. Due to the density, it may change during this process. (Unfortunately, it is not possible to process on weekends.)

Return & Refund Policy

• Exchange / Return Procedure

• The product or products you want to exchange/return, Within the framework of the exchange/return conditions, you can fill out the exchange/return form in your package and send it back to us free of charge, with the product as specified in the form, within 30 days from the date you receive the order. In order for the products to be exchanged or returned, the following exchange and/or return conditions must be complied with.

• An information e-mail will be sent to you within 1-5 business days after your return package reaches us.

• Exchange / Return Conditions I want to change the product I purchased, what should I do? You can change your order within 30 days from the date you receive it. The change is made only in the same model product / size / number change. You can send your product back free of charge (with Blind Final payment) to a contracted shipping company by filling out the form in your package. You should specify the product you want to exchange on the jersey and which size/number you want instead. When your request reaches us, the authorities evaluated and if the product you want to change is available in stock, the product is delivered to the cargo company within 1-5 working days.If the product is not available in stock, you will be refunded. You must send the product you requested for exchange to the return address with its original invoice and by filling out the form on the back of the invoice, stating in writing on the form that it is a "Exchange Request", and sending the product to the return address in a complete, unused and undamaged packaging. I want to return the product I purchased, what should I do? You can return your order within 30 days from the date you receive it. You can send your product back free of charge (with Blind Final payment) by filling out the form in your package. When your product reaches us, it is evaluated by the authorities and an information e-mail is sent to you when your return is accepted. You must send the product you want to return to the Blind Son return address with its original invoice and by filling out the return forum in the package, in a complete, unused and undamaged packaging. If the invoice of the product is corporate, you must send it together with a return invoice issued by the institution for the return process, without including the cargo share, issued as "Product Unit Price + VAT". Order returns, whose invoices are issued on behalf of institutions, cannot be completed unless a return invoice is issued.

Will I pay shipping fees for the product I will return or replace? You do not pay shipping fees for any return/exchange you send.

• When will the payment for the product I returned be made? The product you return is first checked for compliance with the return conditions. If the product/products you return comply with the return conditions, you will be refunded. Payments are sent to the bank within 1-5 business days. An information e-mail will be sent to you about the refund of the orders whose return process is approved, and the product price will be refunded to your credit card. The reflection time of your refund on your statement varies depending on your bank. You can get detailed information from your bank if there is a delay in the reflection of your refund on your credit card/debit card. As per bank practices, transactions made in installments are returned in installments in the same way.
